THE NEW ENGLAND ATHLETIC APPAREL PROMISE

The partners of New England Athletic Apparel, LLC proudly represent the legacy of “Coach” Dick Downey, a representative for Chet O’Neill & Associates for over 20 years, who passed away in March 2016. Coach Downey was unmatched in the industry with his intimate knowledge of customer needs, product specifications, and unparalleled customer service. Having Coach Downey on the football staff with us at Cranston East for ten years gave us a unique perspective on the man, his teachings, and his business savvy. While he is greatly missed and will never be replaced, we will always strive to give each customer the total care and commitment they deserve, just as our friend did for so many years. While our business has evolved and focuses on different areas than Coach Downey’s, our ultimate promise is provide the ultimate customer service experience, living up to the legacy of our business inspiration.
