What types of products does New England Athletic Apparel offer?

• We have a wide array of apparel lines - from t-shirts to heavy outerwear - for men, women, and youth - in a variety of colors and styles.
  
• We also have custom uniforms available through New Balance,  the Augusta Sportswear family of brands, and Champro Sports.
  

Do you offer customization on products?

• Yes. Screen printing, heat-sealed graphics, and embroidery services are available. We work with a number of screen printers and embroiderers to give our customers the very best quality and appearance for decoration services. We can use an existing logo or help you create a brand new image.
  

How can we place an order?

• As detailed on our "How to Order" page, orders can be placed by contacting one of the partners of New England Athletic Apparel (Ken or Isaiah) via e-mail, telephone, or arranging an in-person meeting.
  

Do you have Under Armour, Nike, or Adidas products?

• We do have access to these larger brand names. These items are more expensive than some of our alternatives, but if you desire one of the "Big Three", please inquire!
  

When is payment due?

• After an order is placed, an invoice is prepared and sent electronically to the customer. Invoices are due 15-21 days after an order is placed. 
  
• Invoices not paid 15 days after the due date will be subject to a 20% late fee. Additional late fees will be applied every 15 days until the balance is paid in full.
  

What methods of payment do you accept?

• New England Athletic Apparel accepts cash, check, credit & debit cards, or PayPal for payments. Payment options and instructions will be provided on your invoice.
