- Embroidered name & number only available on items in pick list. If it is not listed, it cannot be personalized.
- Must purchase feature for each item being personalized
- If no number, please type "NONE" into text field
- Please double-check accuracy of spelling and that the number is correct. We are not responsible for errors submitted through the ordering portal and will be unable to change items once produced.
- Embroidered name and number will likely be placed on the upper left sleeve of the item unless product logo is in that location. In that event, name and number will be placed on the opposite arm.
